The story

Different paths, one standard of professionalism

Before entering real estate, I worked as a technical expert at a Global Fortune 500 company — an experience that shaped how I approach every problem: with data, logic and a systematic method.

My studies at the China Academy of Art and California State University, Los Angeles gave me a long-standing understanding of design, space and lifestyle; my training in visual communication, advertising and planning also taught me how to position, present and convey the value of a home.

Driven by my interest in residential design and construction, I systematically completed all of the General Contractor coursework, which gives me a deeper understanding of a home’s structure, construction and build quality.

Today I bring all of this into my real estate work — using data to judge value, design and planning to elevate presentation, and construction knowledge to understand the home itself more deeply.

What I specialize in

I focus on residential buying and selling throughout Southern California, especially new construction, resale homes, homes in sought-after school districts and investment properties.

For buyers, I help clients identify opportunities, analyze value, build a negotiation strategy and complete every key step from offer to closing.

For sellers, I develop a more targeted sales strategy for each home — from pricing, positioning and visual presentation to marketing and negotiation — so its true value is seen by the market.
